Employee Welfare

Sahu Group strongly believes in Nurturing & Enriching its Human capital. Employee welfare efforts help to win over employee’s loyalty, optimum services, productivity and increase their morale. Every organization hears what employees say, good organizations hear what employees have to say, but we at SAHU GROUP also hear what the employees don’t say. Corporate Social Responsibility Committee

The CSR Committee consists of 2 (two) directors and the committee shall meet at least twice in a financial year. Such other meetings of the Committee can be convened when deemed appropriate. In terms of section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, the company has constituted the CSR Committee comprising of:

  • Mr. Vijay Kumar Sahu
  • Mr. Neeraj Kumar Sahu

Functions Of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee:

  • Formulate and recommend to the Board a CSR Policy, indicating therein the activities to be undertaken by the Company.
  • Recommend the amount of expenditure to be incurred on the CSR activities.
  • Monitor the CSR Policy of the Company from time to time.
  • Implement and monitor approved CSR activities.
  • Undertake such activities and carry out such function as may be required under section 135 of the Companies Act,2013 and the Rules prescribed thereunder
