Our Priorities
The CSR Committee consists of 2 (two) directors and the committee shall meet at least twice in a financial year. Such other meetings of the Committee can be convened when deemed appropriate. In terms of section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, the company has constituted the CSR Committee comprising of:
